Other delegations also shared their views on the theme of the conference. Student representatives of every college expressed their opinions and viewpoints, and also benefited a lot from the communication at the same time.

In the following activities, each representative was randomly grouped, discussed and debated on four issues: The influence of leadership decentralization on team cohesion, advantages and disadvantages of a flat organizational structure after decentralization, what attitude young leaders should take when they face an increasingly diverse arena and the impact of International Youth Programs on leadership development of young leaders.

The organization of the Forum has established a platform for exchanges and exhibitions for students of Chinese-foreign cooperation institutions. In the communication, students broadened their horizons, gained friendship, enriched their experience, and learned from each other.

As the first Sino-foreign cooperative education institution to settle in Northwest China, our delegation had shown their excellence and uniqueness. Students were more determined to continuously improve their abilities, strive to be active in the international arena, and build the confidence and determination to be a young leader.
