The Delegation of University of British Columbia Visited QMES
On July 5th, Professor Mina Hoorfar, Dean of the Engineering School in the University of British Columbia (UBC), Professor Homayoun Najjaran, Director of the Mechanical and Electronic Department and another 4 professors went to QMES to exchange views on Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools. Dean Kong Jie, Vice Deans Fan Xiaoli, Chen Jun, Deputy Director Yang Ye of Teaching Affairs Office and teacher representatives joined the meeting.
At the meeting,the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on specific issues such as the input of teaching resources and the establishment of training plans for Sino-foreign cooperative education. The delegation indicated that this visit would imporve further international exchanges and cooperation projects between NPU and the University of British Columbia.
