Students from QMES viewed the Documentary People First

People First-President Xi JinpingCommanding theFight against theEpidemicwas a political documentary released by China Media Group. It is a record ofthe CPC and President Xicommanding the fight against the COVID-19after its outbreak. President Xi pointed out, "We need to put the safety and health of the people in the first place", which is a firm declaration of theprimacy of the people. In order to know more about the process of the fight, QMES organized all the students to watch the documentary and exchange reviews from March 25 to 27.

After watchingthe documentary, students were deeply impressed and moved. They all paid tribute to the people struggling to fight against the epidemic and were proud of being Chinese. At the same time, they deeply realized the true meaning of “people first” as well asthe role and responsibilities of young students in the fight against epidemic, believing that they should integrate their patriotism into the anti-epidemic practice. Although they are not able to join the frontline, students have firm convictions and clear goals to lay a solid foundation for the future development of China.
