A Delegation from Westa College of Southwest University Came to QMES for Field Survey

On the afternoon of November 25, Wang Jing, Secretary of Party General Branch of Westa College of Southwest University, and her delegation visited QMES to conduct a field survey on relevant work of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools. Kong Jie, Dean of QMES, and Cheng Yin, Vice Dean of QMES, accompanied them during the meeting.

Secretary Wang Jing introduced the content and purpose of this investigation of Westa College. Subsequently, Dean Kong Jie introduced the work of party construction of QMES to which Westa College has paid great attention. Chen Chen gave a detailed introduction to the establishment background, education concept, student work, party construction, enrollment, teaching operation, management system, and development plan of QMES.

During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on the construction of teaching faculty, student enrollment and publicity, students’ oversea practice and scholarship design. They conducted in-depth discussions on the work of party construction, ideological and political education, building of counselor team and operation of new media center.
