The Joint Training of Quality and Ability Enhancement For Three Units of NPU

In order to promote the learning and education of CPC history, namely, studying the Party's history, understanding its theories, doing practical work and making new advances, three units of NPU jointly organized a one-day training of quality and ability enhancement for their staff members on November 27, 2021. This training was under the leadership of Dai Fuping, Party Secretary of QMES; Wang Li, Party Secretary of School of Mathematics and Statistics; and Zi Fang, Deputy Party Secretary of School of Artificial Intelligence, OPtics, and ElectroNics (iOPEN), and there were more than 40 teacher representatives participating in.

After the ice-breaking warm-up of the “Opening Ceremony”, everyone felt closer to each other, which stimulated the enthusiasm of the team, and laid a solid foundation for the smooth development of follow-up training.Subsequently, the “Challenge of High Altitude” part enabled everyone to achieve a self-breakthrough, stimulated their potential, helped them overcome psychological fear, and improved their ability of adaptation, control and decision-making, showing the spirit of perseverance. Besides, the “Da Vinci Code” part trained everyone’s ability of finding solutions quickly and efficiently and enhanced their ability of team cooperation.Also, The “Live CS” allowed everyone to release their emotion and pressure in the hearty battle, forged their courage, improved their ability of team cooperation, and increased their sense of belonging and honor in team.

This training let all members fully realize the importance of teamwork, but also the necessity of learning Party history in real practices, which contributed to their comprehension of Party’s arduous course and insistence on Party’s founding mission.

At the end of training, everyone expressed that this activity forged their courage, firmed up their ideals and convictions, and they would devoted themselves to the high-quality development of NPU in the future.
