QMES Held an Organizational Meeting on CPC History Learning and Education

In order to implement the requirements of the “Notice on the Organizational Meeting on CPC History Learning and Education”, and guide all the Party members and cadres to continuously strengthen their commitment to the Four Consciousness, Four-Sphere Confidence and the Two Upholds, the Party branch of QMES held this meeting at Conference Room 413, East Teaching Building A, on September 2, 2021.

Kong Jie, Secretary of the Party branch of QMES, made a summary report on the work of QMES Party branch over the first half of 2021. He analyzed the problems of the Party branch and individuals respectively, as well as put forward corresponding improvement measures. He stated that QMES Party branch would continue to play a leading role in party building, uniting teachers and students and promoting the smooth development of the school. Then, all the staff members of QMES examined their actual performance on study, thought and work, carried out profound self-criticism and mutual evaluation, and put forward improvement measures as well as the direction of future efforts.

Then, Wang Hongqiang, Vice Dean of the School of Materials Science and Engineering, made his comments for this meeting. He fully affirmed the campaign of CPC History Learning and Education organized by QMES Party branch in the past six months, and emphasized that the Party branch had achieved remarkable results in the fields of talent cultivation and innovation and entrepreneurship under the leadership of Party. Then, He put forward valuable suggestions in terms of NPU’s Double First-class initiative goals and curriculum construction of ideological and political education, and hoped that the branch would continue to strengthen the leadership of Party and strive to achieve new breakthroughs in talent cultivation and international cooperation.
