QMES Party Committee Held the First Training Session for Party Branch Secretaries

Under the leadership of NPU Party Committee, the Party Committee of QMES had always focused on organizational building since its establishment and set up the first batch of five Party branches with the integration of teachers and students. To further promote the orderly development of the primary-level Party organizations and help the new branch secretaries to get into the groove soon and carry out their works, the Party Committee of QMES held the first session of training at the conference room 413 on November 30, 2021. Dai Fuping, Party Secretary of QMES, hosted the meeting and invited Wang Yining from the Organization Department of the Party Committee of NPU to deliver a lecture.

Wang Yining firstly interpreted the “Regulations on the Work of the Branches of the Communist Party of China (for Trial Implementation)” in depth and explained in detail the setup, basic tasks, working mechanism and organizational life of the primary-level Party organizations, taking into account the actual work of the fusion Party branches of teachers and students in QMES. And he stressed that QMES Party branches should take the “Regulations” as their work guide. Then, he briefly introduced how to use the NPU Organizational Work Management Information System.

On behalf of QMES, Dai Fuping thanked for the strong support from NPU Organization Department, and stated that QMES Party Committee would strictly comply with the relevant requirements of NPU Party Committee and the Organization Department, provided operational guidance, supervised the work of the fusion Party branches of teachers and students, and strengthened the standardization construction of the Party branches.

It was reported that, approved by the Standing Committee of the NPU Party Committee, the QMES Party Committee was established on October 14, 2021, with the first batch of five fusion Party branches of teachers and students, including a total of 11 teacher Party members and 85 students members.
