Assistant to the President, Mr. Hou Chengyi Supervised Recent Work in QMES
On the morning of November 23rd, Assistant to the President, Mr. Hou Chengyi visited QMES and supervised recent work on logistical support and campus services in winter. The General Manager Mr. Han Zhibing and Vice-General Manager Miss Qi Hongmei of NPU Logistic Group accompanied throughout the visit.
Hou Chengyi and representatives from the Logistic Group visited Innovation Lab, Student Home, One-stop Office and Internet Smart Classroom in QMES and held a communication meeting with QMES staff. Dean Kong Jie of QMES expressed his heartful welcome and reported the establishment history, department framework, Party work, teaching operation, student affairs, recent work and future plan of the school. Vice Deans Fan Xiaoli and Chen Jun gave additional remarks on teaching management and student management respectively.
After listening to the report, Hou Chengyi pointed out that all of the QMES staff did surefooted work in school construction and daily operation. QMES interacted positively with the Logistic Group. The international teaching mode has a demonstration effect in NPU. The first aim for this visit is to carry out “Three services” and “Three educations” and get reflections on logistical support of each school. The second aim is to learn more about QMES’ request in logistical support. It is hoped that QMES could continuously communicate with the Logistic Group to build a good environment for cultivating internationalized innovative talents.
