The Fifth JAC Meeting

On May 23^rd, 2018, the fifth JAC meeting of QMES was held at the Meeting Room of International Cooperation Office, Youyi Campus, NPU. Li Jinshan, Dean of School of Materials Science and Engineering, Dai Fuping, Party Secretary of School of Natural and Applied Sciences, Gong Jian, Deputy Director of Teaching Affairs Department, Han Suomin, Deputy Director of Finance Department, Kong Jie, Dean of QMES, and JAC members from QMUL joined the meeting. Fan Xiaoli and Chen Jun, Vice Deans of QMES also attended the meeting. Entrusted by Vice President Wan Xiaopeng, the video meeting was hosted by Kong Jie.

During the meeting, issues related to financial affairs, construction of Academic Committee, teaching affairs, scholarship, recruitment, preparation for ICTL andtheschedulefor summer visitswere reported. The ratio and usage of public fiscal expenses and setting of scholarship, innovative lab construction and 2018 recruitment plan were discussed and decided in principle.
