In the decisive period of building a well-off society in an all-round way, NPU resolutely implemented the requirements of the Party Central Committee and dispatched a poverty alleviation team to fully mobilize the staff and students to carry out the plan.On September 19^th, 2018, led by Chen Jun,ViceDeanof QMESand Chen Chen, Director ofStudent AffairsOffice, the "Wisdom Wave Social Practice Team" of QMES went to Xianwang Village, Chongning Town, WeinanCityfor social practice, and exploredthe way of helping the rural areas to get rid of poverty by relying on the e-commerce platform.

In October 2018, during the harvest season of apple, in order to enrich the "Student-Centered" culture of QMES, help classes to enhance the cohesiveness of the class, QMES purchased "Xianwang" apple and held the "Date with Apple Culinary Competition".
