QMES Successfully Held the Thematic Party Day Activity of the Second Party Branch of Teachers and Students to Celebrate the Holding of the 20th National Congress of CPC

On November 18, 2022, QMES successfully held the Thematic Party Day Activity of the second party branch of teachers and students at Room 410, East Teaching Building A, Chang’an Campus, so as to further study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, concentrate on completing the tasks set by the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, unite and lead the young people to follow the new course of the CPC.The activity was hosted by Zhuang Qiang, Secretary of the second Party Branch of Teacher-Student Integration. Cheng Yin, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the College, and Tong Miaomiao, members of the faculty and students of the college and the active members of the second Party branch joined the meeting.

First, Zhuang Qiang announced the start of the event.

Next, ten students, as representatives of the active members of the Second Party Branch of Queen Mary College of Engineering, discussed and shared their experiences about the 20 spirit of learning the Party in English.

Finally, Cheng Yin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of QMES, gave a summary. She fully affirmed the national and family feeling and language proficiency of students, encouraged them to make persistent efforts to improve their theoretical level and practical ability in all aspects, and hoped that they would always keep their passion, actively participate in Thematic Party Day Activities of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and tell Chinese stories and unswervingly follow the path of CPC. She also hoped that students could be a good youth in the new era who has ideals, dare to take responsibility, and is willing to struggle to contribute to build a modern socialist China.

Through this Thematic Party Day Activity, the activists of the party branch have a deep understanding of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of CPC. They said that they would cultivate their family and national feelings, follow the path of CPC, constantly strengthen their professional practice ability and learning ability and achieve good results on the journey of the new era.
