Notice of QMES on the Comprehensive Evaluation of Undergraduates of the 2021-2022 Academic Year

All grades and classes:

QMES will conduct the comprehensive evaluation of undergraduates of 2021-2022 academic year so as to implement the task of talents training, establish a talents training system of value shaping, ability training, and knowledge imparting, build a good study style, class style to nurture the leading talents with an all-round moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic grounding, in addition to a hard-working spirit. The details of the comprehensive evaluation of undergraduates of QMES are now notified as follows:

Evaluation object

Full-time undergraduate students at QMES for one full year.

Evaluation arrangement

The first stage (September 1-September 7): collect the results and fill them in the evaluation system.

The second stage (September 8-September 13): the class assessment team will review the personal results, then students fill in the personal results in the system, and the personal results will be publicized in the class.

The third stage (September 14-September 15): mutual evaluation in the classes.

The fourth stage (September 16-September 18): complete the results of undergraduate comprehensive evaluation system.

The fifth stage (September 19-September 23): the comprehensive evaluation results will be announced.

Material submission

1. Students fill in Annex 1 to Annex 6, the monitor will summarize the results of the whole class, and the senior monitor will summarize the comprehensive evaluation results of the major.

2. The supporting materials should be organized according to the template in Annex 6 (submit a clear electronic version), all awards, papers or achievements must be obtained or completed within the evaluation year, and only the achievements of NPU as the first author unit are recognized.

3. All electronic materials should be collected by the monitor before 18:00 on September 9th and sent to qmstu@nwpu.edu.cn.
