      Prof. Gabriel Cavalli is the Director of the Centre for Academic Inclusion in Science and Engineering at Queen Mary University of London and the International Research Centre at Queen Mary Engineering School. He did his Ph.D. at the Department of Chemistry at Imperial College London, specializing in Nanomedical Polymer research. Since 1993, he has been actively involved in professional teaching activities. He advocates for student-centered (flipped classroom), practice-based teaching, and pedagogical research
