The Mid-term tutor meeting of QMES was held on November 9 at Meeting Room 413, East Teaching Building A, Chang’an Campus. Vice Dean Chen Jun, Director Chen Chen, Dr. Wang Bing and Mr. Luo Zhicong, Miss Wang Ruixuan of Student Affairs Office, Miss Ding Jing of Teaching Affair Office and class tutors for Grade 2017 and 2018 joined the meeting.

Chen Jun introduced the main content of this meeting, reviewed the experience and practice of the class teacher’s work and showed great appreciation to class tutor for their passion and contribution. Tutor sorted out the previous work of the semester and then discussed new situations and problems during the work.

The discussion started from the cooperative model of QMES, summed up the gains and losses of the previous work, raised several requirements on the responsibilities of class tutors,emphasized the important of constant communication with students and stressed information exchange with teachers. Class tutors are supposed to lead students’ well-rounded development and actively respond to the new situations in student affairs.
