On May 16^th, Hao Yijun, Director of the Talent Development Service Center of Dongying, Shandong Province, Jiao Kun, Deputy Director, Guo Yuhai, Director of the Talent Office of Dongying District, and 2 representatives went to QMES for investigation and research. Dean Kong Jie and Vice Dean Chen Jun of QMES met with guests in the conference room. Professor Fan Xiaodong of School of Natural and Applied Sciences was invited to attend the meeting.

At the meeting, the two sides have conducted in-depth exchanges on personnel training and cooperation in science and technology projects. Hao Yijun said that the experience of QMES in Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools could help to promote the technical cooperation of talents between local universities and enterprises, stimulate the enthusiasm of innovative international talents in local work, and has important reference value for talent introduction in Dongying City.
