On November 11th, 2019, the Sixth Academic Committee Meeting of QMES, NPU was held in the form of video conference in Conference Room 732, Yizi Building, Youyi Campus. Members Fan Xiaoli, Andy Bushby, Anthony Michael, Shi Xuetao, Gao Pengfei and other Chinese and British teachers and staff of the college attended the meeting.

Presided over by Anthony Michael, the meeting first reviewed the contents of the Fifth Academic Committee Meeting and corrected the minutes of the last meeting. Then Fan Xiaoli reported the academic performance of students in grades 2017 and 2018 as well as the feedback of 2018-2019 annual teaching meeting. Maria Romero reported the students’ visit to the UK Summer School in 2019 and the feedback on the exclusive evaluation system of QMUL in Chinese cooperative schools and projects.Gabriel Cavalli reported that in 2019, the teachers of QMES went to the UK to participate in higher education certification training. The related issues, such as graduation project, production practice and exchange of students in London in the fourth academic year, have been discussed during the meeting.
