From July 31 to August 6, 2023, Wang Tianxin went to Beijing to participate in the field exchange program of United Nations agencies in China sponsored by the project. On the first day, he listened to Liu Zhixian, a member of the New Youth Expert Committee, who gave a lecture titled International Organizations and Talent Training, and had an in-depth exchange with Mr. Liu on issues related to international organizations, systematically understanding the development process and working mechanism of international organizations at home and abroad. The next day, he went to the UN Building in China to learn about the work content, work orientation and achievements of the UN agencies in China, visited the green facilities of the relevant UN agencies and offices in China, experienced the MOVERS workshop entitled "Sustainable Development and Our Lives" through interactive teaching and took part in the training workshops on the theme of "Climate Action". Subsequently, he visited the United Nations Industrial Development Organization and Technology Promotion Office (UNIDO), UNAIDS, UNHCR, the United Nations Volunteers Office in China, and the China, ASEAN and UN Women Cooperation Project - Loyirong Sisters with Disabilities Social Work Office. In addition, he also participated in job interviews and reports in various United Nations organizations, presented research results through group discussions and reflections, and put forward many valuable suggestions and ideas. Through several days of internships, Wang Tianxin was aware of the importance of an "international perspective". In the United Nations, the ability to communicate fluently in English is also essential. The selection of talents of the United Nations needs to go through complex and strict procedures. In addition, he felt the close relationship between sustainable development and our lives, understood the impact of global climate change concretely, and knew the importance of environmental protection and the concept of sustainable development. The UNHCR, founded in 1950, also gave him a new understanding of "refugees". The UNHCR's work is not limited to refugees in the narrow sense, but also includes five categories of refugees such as stateless people, and these refugees are still facing many huge problems to be solved.

After the practice, Wang Tianxin said that he will continue to improve his own ability, and strive to grow into a young person who possesses patriotism, international vision, cross-cultural communication ability and global competency, and make greater contributions to national prosperity and social development.
