On 30th January 2025, the second day of the Lunar New Year, the Gui Zhi Xiang Opera Club, guided by QMES, made a remarkable appearance on the China Media Group Mobile platform, sending heartfelt New Year greetings from NPU students to millions of viewers across the nation.

In the video, the students stood before the sword-forging sculpture at NPU, conveying their sincerest New Year wishes to the country and its people. They expressed their hopes for a prosperous and flourishing nation in the coming year, with the people enjoying greater happiness and well-being.

This appearance on China Media Group Mobile not only served as an important showcase for the Gui Zhi Xiang Opera Club but also highlighted QMES's active efforts in preserving and promoting China’s outstanding traditional culture.

In the coming year, QMES will continue to strengthen education in traditional opera culture, fostering greater understanding and interest in the art of Chinese opera among young students, while promoting the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese opera culture. This will help breathe new life and vitality into these traditional art forms in the new era. At the same time, as we bid farewell to the old year and welcome the new, we sincerely wish all our teachers and students a prosperous Year of the Snake, good health, family happiness, and the fulfillment of all their wishes!
