On December 17, 2021, QMES held a teach-in on “The Spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee”, which was presided over by Dai Fuping, Party Secretary of QMES, with the attendance of all the Party members, including teacher and student members and probationary student Party members of QMES.
With the theme of “Learning and Implementing the Spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, Becoming a Global Competent Talent”, Dai Fuping comprehensively analyzed the rich content and practical requirements of the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee. His speech was divided into three parts: the centennial struggle and great achievements of the CPC, the historical experience and spiritual wealth of the CPC, and the historical significance of the CPC’s centennial struggle and the new journey of rejuvenation, with 1 Fundamental Issue, 2 Resolutions and 3 Leaps as the main contents.
Dai Fuping stressed that all Party members should firmly grasp the Three Needs, strengthen their commitment to Four Consciousness, Four-Sphere Confidence, and Two Upholds, and resolutely uphold the core position of General Secretary Xi Jinping in the Party Central Committee and the whole Party. Besides, All staff members should unite together and work hard to cultivate top-level innovative talents with global competence.
At last, Dai Fuping expressed his hope that the student members should to sustain the Party’s revolutionary legacy, carry forward the great spirit of Founding Party, and strive to reach the leading positions in the construction of Socialist career in 2035. He also encouraged them to stay true to the founding mission, take their responsibility, firmly believe in the ideals of communism, thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee, so as to become outstanding innovative talents with both integrity and ability, the spirit of struggle, and global competence, and make unremitting efforts to achieve the second centennial goal of the Party.
