In order to provide QMES students with a comprehensive introduction to overseas study planning and preparation, as well as the experience of applying for school attention points, answer students' various questions about studying abroad, and helpstudents make future career plans.On April 7, Wang Luyan, a teacher of QMES, gave a professional lecture on the development of overseas study, plans for studying abroad and document writing Ms. Wanghas many years of relevant work experience,sheis familiar with the application process of UK, Singapore and Hong Kong universities, and has rich experience in applying for overseas famous universities.
Based on specific cases and her work experience,Wang Luyan discussed with the students the intermediary service for studying abroad and its pros and cons. She shared the necessity of an intermediary for studying abroad, how to choose an intermediary and how to avoid unnecessary risks.She said that in the international context of the post-pandemic era, students must actively participate in international exchanges, widen their international horizons, cultivate global competence, and enhance their advantages in applying for overseas universities as well as promote their academic performance and foreign language proficiency. At the same time, Wang Luyan put forward constructive suggestions on the application time, application materials, ATAS and visa application, personal "DIY" and other aspects of study abroad, and answered the common questions of the students in detail, helping everyone to further clarify the path to study abroad and direction of academic development.
