On the afternoon of September 22, 2020, Li Kang, Vice Dean ofSchool of Information Science and Technology of Northwest University, and his two colleagues came to QMES for investigation.Fan Xiaoli and Cheng Yin, Vice Deans of QMES, and Wu A’jing, Director of General Affairs Office, met the guests in 413 Meeting Room of QMES.

Entrusted by Dean Kong Jie, Vice Dean Fan Xiaoli extended a warm welcome to Vice Dean Li Kang and his party on behalf of QMES, and gave a detailed introduction on the establishment background, the current development of cooperative education, the management mode, the enrollment status, the construction of teaching faculty and the teaching operation of QMES.Vice Dean Cheng Yin gave a supplementary explanation on student work, Party work and League building of QMES.Li Kang introduced the latest progress of Northwest University in the field of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools.

Subsequently, the two sides had in-depth exchanges on talent training, selection and employment of teachers, management mode, laboratory construction, and measures taken during the period of epidemic prevention and control.Li Kang said that QMES has developed steadily in recent years and has made successful explorations in the fields of personnel training, faculty construction and scientific research cooperation, which has positive reference significance for the development of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools of Northwest University.Fan Xiaoli hoped that the two sides could further strengthen exchanges and communication, and jointly promote the development of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools in Shaanxi Province.

After the meeting, accompanied by relevant staff of QMES, Li Kang and his party visited the One-stop Office Platform, Internet Smart Classroom, Full-English Innovation Laboratory, etc.
