On 26th September, the 22nd Session of the “Ao’Xiang Distinguished Experts Lecture Series” was held at Chang’an Campus. The lecture was hosted by the Student Affairs Department of the NPU Party Committee and undertaken by QMES and the School of Marine Science and Technology. Shi Xiaofeng, Director of the Science and Technology Committee at 705 Research Institute of China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC), was invited to deliver a keynote lecture

Shi Xiaofeng delivered a comprehensive lecture covering three dimensions: industry development, technological frontiers, and the inheritance of professional spirit.

The lecture effectively broadened the participants’ understanding of the maritime and national defence science and technology sectors, further inspiring a sense of mission among young students to contribute to the nation’s development. It also provided strong support for NPU’s efforts to cultivate innovative and versatile talents who embody a profound commitment to their nation and a global perspective.
